Project implementation and agreements
Ⅰ. Purpose and Scope
The agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions, scope of work, and responsibilities of the parties associated with their collaboration on the list below.
Ⅱ. Developer
1. AstroNerd has the responsibility to take care of hosting setup and configurations.
2. AstroNerd is responsible for managing all server configurations, reporting, billing, updating, and all related service issues.
3. You will need another service package for the current website feature and coding error after the successful transfer of hosting.
Ⅲ. Timeline and development
The project will begin after the contract and the first payment phase with the developer. We will deliver the beta stage of all dashboards and API in the last month of last week, push all production-level code to the cloud, and release all systems as live on month.
Development Fees:
The first payment is with the contract and the second payment is on the project live.
Ⅳ. Note :
We can’t change the major feature flow of the app after the contract, a small UI and small feature change request of 2-hour work is possible.
The entire Design of the interface must be provided by the client in the image, Link, PSD, or Figma. Reference design from open source, commercial free design from the internet is also possible.
PWA apps are not native apps, and they can’t be published as a result of the Play Store or App Store.
PWA apps have limitations based on non-Google supported devices ( Mi and Huawei ), in those devices, users will be redirected to the browser or some devices will open as shortcut links.
Any third-party integration use of this project must be paid by the client ( Push notification, real-time service, etc.)
Hosting is not included hosted Postgres Database Service, we suggest having a scalable database that is separated from hosting, and it has its pricing .
There is a third-party Payment gateway . We will use that payment gateway and monthly subscription with transaction percentage by the gateway company.
The client has a 1 month testing period after the project is live and delivered.
Ⅴ. Maintenance
After the handover process, the client can have all of the development materials like source code, server access, and other third-party tool access that is used in the project. If the client would like to continue the maintenance service, for upcoming bug fixes and feature implementation.
If the feature will take more than 5 days, the client can request a separate quotation for new features. The Developer will set an alarm via email, or in person for upcoming related SDK updates, browser support, server resource usage limit, etc. This is a need for clients since web and app SDK and browser support are changing all the time.
